Our orders are shipped via NACEX with delivery in 2 to 5 business days, on business days (Mon–Fri) and business hours (9AM to 7PM) in Spain, Mainland, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal. We offer up to three shipping options to ensure a shopping experience that suits your needs.

  1. E-NACEX (2 to 5 business days) Certified delivery to your home before 7PM. The courier will deliver your order to your door within 72 hours after the product is shipped from our facilities. Service cost is FREE on orders over €100; all other shipments will cost €4.99.
  2. NACEX OFFICE (2 to 5 business days) You'll receive your order at the NACEX office most convenient for you, selected during checkout. Service cost is FREE on orders over €100; all other shipments will cost €4.99.
  3. CASH ON DELIVERY (2 to 5 business days) Certified delivery to your home before 7PM. The courier will deliver your order to your door within 72 hours after the product is shipped from our facilities. Service cost is FREE on orders over €100; all other shipments will cost €4.99 plus NACEX's handling fee, which will depend on the order amount.

For shipments outside the locations mentioned above, please ask us on our WhatsApp +34 690 01 58 14, and we'll check with our suppliers to give you the shipping price. To make the inquiry easier, please let us know, along with your name, which dress or dresses you're interested in, and your bust, waist, and hip measurements in centimeters, so we can confirm your size.
